NIS2 training for employees
NIS2 asks for training for management and regular training for all staff. Here is what it says, in plain words, and how to deliver it so that people actually follow it.
What NIS2 asks, in three lines
The European NIS2 directive was transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 138/2024. On training, it says three things.
So does the staff
The same bodies promote regular training for employees (Legislative Decree 138/2024, art. 23; NIS2 directive, art. 20).
It is a security measure
Basic cyber hygiene and training are among the risk management measures (NIS2 directive, art. 21, para. 2, point g).

Frequently asked questions
Does NIS2 apply to my company?
It depends on sector and size: the directive lists the sectors in its annexes and generally covers companies with 50 or more people or €10 million or more in turnover. Check it against the text of the decree, with your lawyer or adviser.
Does Premium make you NIS2 compliant?
No platform makes you compliant on its own. Premium supports training obligations with training people actually complete, and with reports to document it.
How much does it cost?
